Five Razorbacks named to 2026 Senior Bowl Top 300

There were five Arkansas players mentioned when the 2026 Senior Bowl Top 300 list was released on Wednesday, two on offense and three on defense.

Quarterback Taylen Greenoffensive lineman Fernando Carmonaplus defensive linemen Cam Ball and David Okay and linebacker Xavian Sorey.

Green, Carmona and Ball have already earned multiple preseason recognition honors, while Oke is coming off of a 2024 campaign with Abilene Christian in which he was a Second Team All-UAC selection. He logged 63 total tackles, including 9.5 for loss with six quarterback hurries, broke up two passes, forced a fumble and recovered another, plus blocked a field goal.

Ball, who had offseason elbow surgery, started all 13 games for Arkansas last fall and collected a career high 47 tackles, including four for loss and 1.5 sacks.

Sorey is in his second year with the Razorbacks after he transferred from Georgia ahead of last season. He started all 13 games in 2024 and led the team with 99 total tackles and 9.5 tackles for loss. The Campbellton (Fla.) native was also named the Defensive Most Outstanding Player from last year’s Liberty Bowl win over Texas Tech. In that game, which Arkansas won 39-26, he had 10 tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss.

In Green’s first season with the Hogs last fall after transferring from Boise State, Lewisville (Texas) native started all 13 games, completing 230 of his 381 passes (60.4%) for 3,154 yards and 15 touchdowns to nine interceptions. He also added 602 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground on 156 carries.

Additionally, Green was named the Most Valuable Player of Arkansas’ 39-26 Liberty Bowl victory over Texas Texas after finishing with an Arkansas bowl record 341 yards and two touchdowns through the air, while also rushing for 81 yards and a score.

While blocking for Green, Carmona helped pave the way for a Razorback offense that ranked 10th nationally averaging 459.5 total yards per game, including 274.7 yards through the air which was the 18th-best in the country. Carmona is expected to move inside to guard this season.

Widely regarded as the preeminent college football all-star game and the first stage in the NFL Draft process, The Reese’s Senior Bowl will be held on Jan. 31, 2026, at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Ala., and air on the NFL Network at 1:30 p.m. CT.

The Razorbacks will kick off the season against Alabama A&M on Aug. 30 at Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Kickoff is set for 3:15 p.m. CT and the game will air on the SEC Network.
