According to Israeli websites, the operation was carried out by Palestinian resistance fighters around 5 a.m. The resistance fighters threw explosive materials at the tank and opened fire on the tank commander, causing the tank to catch fire. Reports indicate that this operation took place while Israeli forces were already on high alert and preparing to occupy Gaza City. Sources say the Israeli army is currently causing large-scale destruction in Gaza City and targeting multi-story buildings to displace civilians.

Meanwhile, the Al-Qassam Brigades have announced that they have launched “Operation Staff of Moses” to confront the occupying forces. As part of this operation, several tanks, vehicles, and military bases in the southern Gaza area of Zaytoun and the northern Gaza area of Jabalia have been targeted in recent days.

It is worth noting that today, in occupied Jerusalem, six Israelis were killed and several others injured as a result of shooting.
